One year after the battle...

Thunder City, which had been plagued by crime and violence was safe and peaceful. However, evil has once again cast its shadow over the city. H.I.V.E.M.I.N.D., the criminal gang believed destroyed by Sergeant Cop, has risen stronger than ever. Thirsty for revenge, they kidnap Wowl! in an attempt to lure Sergeant Cop into a trap. Sergeant Cop sets out to save his sweetheart joined by neighbourhood heart-throb, Traumboy and ‘MAN’, a wrestler. They’re determined to save Wowl! and put H.I.V.E.M.I.N.D. out of action. Three young friends, rage burning inside them, make a stand for friendship and peace...
